Operational Analyst

Prepare and enhance Management Information reports for management and authorities using tools such as Excel and Power BI
Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and automation within the business and implement solutions to replace manual processes
Communicate with clients, addressing complaints and resolving any issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Keep clients informed of regulatory and internal changes that may impact their business
Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data is accurately organized and formatted
Monitor key performance and risk indicators, gathering information from relevant stakeholders to compile reports
Produce reports in various formats for both internal and external audiences, utilizing tools such as Excel
Collaborate with team managers to understand their data needs and create effective visualizations, such as dashboards and graphs.

High-level knowledge of Excel
Fluent English (B2 level and above) is a must
Good communication skills
Numerical and analytical skills
Capacity to develop and document procedures and workflows
Ability to carry out data quality control, validation and linkage
A good understanding of data protection issues
Ability to produce clear graphical representations and data visualizations
Ability to work with teams across the business, clients and third-party businesses to understand their needs, enhancing the output and efficiency of their reporting.
