Client Relations Manager
Job Description:
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any conversations and deals raised
- Handle inquiries and request from customers and address their needs to the teams
- Meet regularly with other team members and partners to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
- Generate progress reports, keep necessary information and documentation in order for clients and senior leaders within the organization.

Essential Requirements:
- Professional experience in a sales or customer service role
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with fluent written and spoken English
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Financial and/or fintech background would be beneficial.
